Description: The Regional Fiber Ring also known as the Regional Connectivity Ring or "RCR" is a project intended to connect the 5 Hampton Roads Southside Cities (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, and Suffolk) to the Transatlantic Cables.
